I graduated from Mars Hill University in 2017 with a Bachelors in Elementary and Special Education. Within this integrated program I received rigorous training in how to properly implement interventions to produce student growth in the classroom.
At a young age I knew I wanted to be a teacher because of the positive influence my teachers were in my life. I have traveled to several different countries such as Zambia, Honduras, Zimbabwe, and Ukraine and spent time volunteering in classrooms. This unique perspective has instilled a desire in me to pass on that positive influence into the lives of my students.
